Betty, you are amazing! I remember speaking to you in February when we were looking for a place to go this summer, and even on the phone, you made everything so personal.
You are very kind, friendly and have a great sense of humour. |

Our cottage was the cleanest cottage we have ever been in. Great job Marilyn! When you arrive at a cottage that is so clean and well kept, it makes you want to keep it that way. The grounds were exceptional, the flowers beautiful, and the only one time we had a question with the washrooms, Bob and the other helpers looked after it immediately. Everyone was so friendly and kind. This personal touch makes such a huge difference in this industry, and I have to say that you all and your resort have the #1 spot on our list! |

Thank you again for the best week we ever had. We have gone to 5 different locations in the last 5 years (Scotsman Point, Cozy Cove Cottages-Lake Nipissing, Pigeon Lake Resort, Anchor Bay and finally Buckhorn Narrows). |
